Our story
Summit Consulting Partners was founded in 2018 and is registered at Sharjah Media City (Shams), UAE. The founding team saw the same gap everywhere: software that no one used, and advice that did not fit reality. We set out to build a firm that designs, builds and operates its own products.
In support of our mission, Summit builds and operates three products: Lume — an AI-powered development platform, Anthropos-hr — an HR & payroll platform for staffing agencies, and ExO — a free classifieds marketplace. Alongside them, we advise clients on strategy, operations and transformation.
Today, Summit's team works across Poland and the UAE, building and operating three products used by real customers every day.
