Summit started as a consultancy before it became a product company. This year we formalised that heritage into a dedicated advisory practice — a small, senior team that takes on strategy, operations and AI adoption work alongside our three products. This is the playbook we run it by.
What we take on
Four kinds of engagements, deliberately narrow: strategy and market entry for the UAE and the EU; AI adoption that has to pay for itself, not decorate a board deck; operations and processes people will actually follow; and product or venture building with the same team that ships Lume, Anthropos-hr and ExO.
The filter for all four is the same: we only advise on problems we have faced in our own operating businesses. Hiring and payroll, marketplaces, AI development — every recommendation has been tested on ourselves first. If a plan would not survive contact with our own operations, we do not propose it to yours.
How an engagement runs
Three steps, no theatre. First, listen and diagnose: a short discovery built on interviews, data and numbers, aimed at naming the real problem rather than the symptom. Second, design together: we work with your team, not around it, so the plan is owned by the people who will execute it. Third, deliver and hand over: we stay until the change works in practice — and we leave you with the playbook, not a dependency.
What it costs to start
One email. Describe where it hurts in a paragraph — no brief, no procurement forms. We reply within one business day, and the reply will contain questions, not a sales pitch. If we are not the right team for the problem, we will say so in the first call.
