ExO (exo.com.pl) is Summit’s free classifieds marketplace in Poland. It spans 17-plus categories: jobs, cars, real estate, services and more. Every listing is free. People ask why we give the core product away. The answer is old, not clever: a marketplace without liquidity is just a website. Free is how a young marketplace buys its first liquidity.
Liquidity is the product
Classifieds live or die on liquidity: enough listings to make searching worthwhile, enough searchers to make listing worthwhile. Free listings bring sellers. Inventory brings buyers. Buyers bring more sellers. Charge too early and the loop never closes. So ExO charges nothing on the consumer side and earns liquidity the slow way: listing by listing, category by category.
There is a second effect, specific to jobs. The person browsing used cars or apartments on ExO is also a person who might take a job. A jobs category inside a general marketplace sits in the middle of daily traffic instead of waiting for active job seekers to arrive. A free listing puts a role in front of that traffic at no cost.
Where the value concentrates
Posting one ad is classifieds. Hiring is a process, and the Business Zone (Strefa Biznesu) covers the process: an employer gets a company profile, posts roles under it, searches CVs instead of waiting for applications, and manages those applications in one place rather than an inbox. In February 2026 the Business Zone got smarter. The consumer side stays free; the employer side is where classifieds value has always concentrated. Tools that save employers time are what employers eventually pay for.
One market, two sides
A hire starts as demand — a job listing — and ends as administration: contracts, hours, payroll. ExO sits where the demand appears. Anthropos-hr, our HR and payroll platform for staffing agencies, sits where it becomes payroll. Same customer world: staffing, recruitment, employment. What one product sees, the other can use. We are honest about scale. ExO is a young marketplace and the Business Zone is early. We will not promise a monetisation date. We will promise the order of operations: audience first, inventory second, employer tools when liquidity can carry them.
