Summit Consulting Partners follows a model proven by companies like ByteDance: a single operating firm that designs, builds and runs a portfolio of its own products. We are not a fund holding minority stakes, and not an agency renting out hours — every product in the portfolio is engineered, operated and scaled in-house.
The portfolio today
Three products, each addressing a market we know first-hand. Lume is an AI-native development platform with SOLO, an autonomous coding agent — competing in the fastest-growing category of software tools. Anthropos is an HR & payroll platform for staffing agencies, automating payroll, statutory e-invoicing and the legalisation of foreign employees. ExO is a free classifieds marketplace with a dedicated Business Zone for employers.
The products reinforce each other. Anthropos and ExO share the same customer world — staffing, recruitment and employment. Lume changes the economics of building all of them: our own teams ship faster using our own agent platform.
Two markets, one structure
The firm is registered at Sharjah Media City (Shams) in the UAE — a jurisdiction built for technology and media companies, with clean company law and full foreign ownership. Product operations run in Poland, an EU market with deep engineering talent and a large staffing industry that Anthropos and ExO serve directly.
This split is deliberate: UAE structure for capital and partnerships, EU operations for talent and customers. It keeps the company lean while giving each product a real market to win.
